Pinpoint provides customer engagement through campaign, channel and segment.
Sale and promotion campaigns can be sent to customers via SMS, Email or push notification.
Customs who receive the campaigns can be segmented according to the requirements
Customer engagement on the campaigns can be analyzed on Pinpoint or other analysis tools.

1. Customer pool is kept on S3, DynamoDB or RDS

2. Pinpoint can generate campaigns for defined customer segmentation on various channels

3. Customers in defined segments received the campaigns via SMS, Email or push notification

4. Customer engagement can be analyzed on Pinpoint or sent to Kinesis for further analysis
